Frequently asked questions
What kind of PDF can I use?
FolioMark supports unencrypted PDFs selected through the system document picker. Password-protected or damaged files may not open. The app works on a local copy and never overwrites your original.
What is included for free?
The first two successful basic exports are free. After that, you can use an earned rewarded-export credit, choose to watch an optional rewarded ad for one export, or purchase Pro.
What happens after I watch a rewarded ad?
One export credit is added when the advertising service confirms the reward. The credit is used only after a successful eligible export, so a failed export should not consume it.
Why is an ad unavailable?
An ad can be unavailable because of consent status, network conditions, inventory, account review, or temporary service limits. Your document settings and existing credits remain intact. Try again later or use Pro.
What does Pro include?
Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks eligible exports without ads or free-use limits. It is not a subscription.
How do I restore Pro?
Open FolioMark's purchase screen and choose Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account that bought Pro. Apple controls purchase history and eligibility.
How do I clear local data?
Use Clear Local Data in FolioMark or start a new document to remove working document data. Uninstalling the app removes its app container. Files you exported to Files or another location must be removed there separately.
Where can I change privacy choices?
Open About in FolioMark and select Privacy Options when that option is available for your region and consent status.
