Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of FolioMark.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using FolioMark, you agree to these terms and the applicable Apple App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License and permitted use
Oakbit Studio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FolioMark on Apple devices you own or control, subject to App Store rules. You may use the app for lawful personal or business document workflows.
3. Your documents
You retain all rights you have in documents you process. You are responsible for having permission to use, modify, and export them and for complying with confidentiality, privacy, records, and intellectual-property obligations.
FolioMark is a formatting tool. It does not determine whether a numbering scheme, Bates label, or exported document satisfies a court, filing, archival, or professional requirement.
4. Outputs and backups
Review every output before relying on, filing, or distributing it. Keep a backup of important originals. The app is designed not to overwrite the selected original, but you remain responsible for file management and any later changes made outside FolioMark.
5. Free use, rewarded ads, and Pro
- FolioMark may provide a limited number of free successful basic exports.
- You may optionally watch an available rewarded ad to earn one eligible export. Ad availability is not guaranteed.
- Pro is offered as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase and is not a subscription.
- Prices, taxes, billing, refunds, purchase authorization, and restoration are handled under Apple's systems and policies.
Features and eligibility shown in the app at the time of use control if there is a conflict with a general description on this website.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse FolioMark, attempt to bypass purchase or reward controls, interfere with advertising or StoreKit services, reverse engineer the app except where law expressly permits it, distribute a modified copy, or use the app to violate law or the rights of others.
7. Ownership
FolioMark, its interface, branding, and original software are owned by the developer or applicable licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the app or third-party components to you.
8. Availability and disclaimer
FolioMark is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Oakbit Studio disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, support for every PDF, or error-free output. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Oakbit Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost data, revenue, business, or opportunity arising from use of FolioMark. Nothing in these terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law.
10. Changes and termination
We may update FolioMark or these terms as the product, law, or service providers change. The effective date will be updated. You may stop using the app at any time. The license ends if you materially violate these terms.
